29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: In the Educational Building, in the area near the entrance/exit on the east side and in the hall way, two 110 volt electrical light switches and two 110 electrical receptacles, were missing their faceplates.
