29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet: (a) The laboratory did not have an updated inventory list of hazardous chemicals at the work site including but not limited to: ethyl alcohol, YSI 3823 Buffer Solution pH 10.0, YSI 3822 Buffer Solution pH 7.0, YSI 3161 Conductivity Calibrator, and YSI 3821 Buffer Solution pH 4.0.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (a) A brown bottle in the laboratory did not have a proper label. A piece of tape with DI was on the cap of the bottle.
