The railing shall be provided with a toeboard wherever, beneath the open sides,    a) Overhead Storage Area:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards when working on an elevated storage platform approximately 8 feet 8 inches in height while handling materials without guardrail protection, on or about August 13, 2012.    b) Overhead Storage Area:  Employees were exposed to falling objects when working below the elevated storage platform that did not have toeboards to prevent materials from falling, on or about August 13, 2012.

The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor.
