29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, and fittings were not protected from abrasion: On or about 08/08/12 at Conyers, GA: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards when utilizing a power panel located on the general contractor's office trailer. The employer failed to provide adequate strain relief to the electrical cord that entered the bottom of the panel and provided power to the panel.
