29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a. Site- On or about 8/10/2012 an employee was exposed to human blood while cleaning up a spill after a worker had been injured. The employer failed to provide the employee with blood borne pathogen training that included, but not limited to, cleaning procedures and required personal protective equipment.
