29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load. At the job site, on August 14, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the rigging equipment had tags showing the max load capacity, exposing employees to equipment where max capacity of equipment can be exceeded unknowingly causing struck by hazards.
