29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, and similar equipment, were not either fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: Near the west side of the project: On, or about august 14, 2012, the stabilizers and front buck held the rear wheels of the John Deere 410 G backhoe off the ground. The operator left the backhoe and went to a bathroom more than 25 feet away. The backhoe was used to dig a trench for power lines.
