29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed:    (a) Crescent Park Corporation Mechanicsburg, PA Workfloor - The employer did not provide an unobstructed means of egress where a roller conveyor system located 12 inches above the floor prevented a clear and unobstructed route to the exit.  The employer required employees to use stairs that were inadequately configured to cross over a 27 1/4 inch roller conveyor, thereby exposing employees to tripping and fall hazards, on or about July 31, 2012.       Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
