The workers were exposed to struck-by hazard. ADAMS-HOFFMANN ROOFING, INC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard of 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312224736, citation number 1, item 1, issued on 7/03/2008 and was affirmed as a final order date of 7/28/2008, with respect to a workplace located on LOT #56 Blvd, Hts, Blow Street, St. Louis, MO 63111.
