29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(v): Pendant control box(es) were not clearly marked for identification of functions: The employer did not ensure that the bridge crane had pendant control box that was clearly marked. In the Shop Area, north section, on the Yale 10 Ton bridge crane, the pendants control values were worn off for the raise/lower, north/south and west/east buttons.

29 CFR 1910.184(c)(6): Slings were not securely attached to their loads: The employer did not ensure that the chain slings were securely connected to the load. In the Shop Area, north section, while using the Yale 10 Ton bridge cranes to lift the tire molds, the 9/32 steel alloy chain safety latches were missing on one sling and the safety latch was damaged on another, it stayed open.
