29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts and in-running nip points:      (a)  In the press department, the sheeter table for Presses #215 and #216 had unguarded in-running nip points from unguarded stacker belts. Employees were exposed to entanglement hazards approximately 41 inches from the floor.     (b)  In the press department, the fan folder adjacent to Press #225 had unguarded rotating parts where stock was folded. Employees were exposed to entanglement hazards approximately 53 inches from the floor.
