Layla Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA violation number 311942957, citation 1, item 1, issued on Aril 23, 2008 and became final order on or about May 5, 2008 with respect to a workplace located at 250 Oxford, Kenilworth, IL 60043. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): Where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, receptacles were not protected with ground fault circuit interrupters when on a two-wire, single- phase portable or vehicle-mounted generator rated more than 5kW, or where the circuit conductors of the generator were not insulated from the generator frame and all other grounded surfaces: a) Employees were using three-wire 120/240 Volt, Homelite Portable Generator with receptacle not protected with ground fault circuit interrupters to power tools onsite. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
