29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Gilroy Construction, Inc., 301 North Progress Avenue, Harrisburg, PA - Employees were exposed to an approximate twenty-three (23) foot fall hazard while replacing the roof on an apartment building on a low-sloped roof (4:12), on or about August 6, 2012. GILROY CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314159161, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 2/9/2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT EXETER, PA. GILROY CONSTRUCTION, INC.
