29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: On or about July 23, 2011, employees working at the jobsite located at 1656 Ave. Q, Lyons, KS; installing walls on a steel building were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 23 feet from the work platform supported by the forks of an all terrain forklift to the ground below.
