29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be nescessary to comply with the standards set forth in 29 CFR 1926 as evidenced by the violation(s) noted during the course of the inspection:    a) 242 Pennsville Pedricktown Road, Oldmans Township, NJ 08067 -    The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program to insure that workers were protected from falls and other hazardous conditions that could be reasonably encountered while engaged in work at the site. On or about 07/10/2012.      NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

On or about 07/10/2012.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUMBIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
