29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2) : All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers:    Employees of Franco Mata were using a temporary electrical junction box to provide power for equipment such as, drills/mixers.  Covers to the temporary electrical junction box were not attached to provide protection from environmental changes or employee exposure.  Employees were exposed to electrical shock.
