29 CFR 1926.201(a):  Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition):    At the Jobsite - An employee was directing traffic without the use of paddles or signs.    Pike Industries Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.201(a), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 112522735, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2007, with respect to a workplace located at Cutts Road, Kittery, Maine.
