29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:      (a) Located in the storage warehouse at the Klamath Falls Office Compound, a battery charger and batteries were available for use in an area that was not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes.  This potentially exposed employees to serious eye injury if they were to become exposed to corrosive materials from the batteries.     (b) Located in building 200 at the Klamath Falls Office Compound, a four wheeler was blocking the eye wash station and antlers were stored in an unsafe manner next to the eyewash station.  This exposed employees to trip hazards and further eye damage from delays in getting to the eye wash.

This potentially exposed employees to laceration hazards from incidental contact with the skin.

(b) The insection revealed that boxes were stored in front of the electrical panels located at the SE wall of building 200 at the Klamath Falls Compound.
