This violation was observed on or about August 14, 2012, on the residential structure at the job site where employees were exposed to a 12.5 foot fall hazard while performing framing activities.    Continental Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314258187, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4-21-10, with respect to a workplace located at 14534 Vintage Preserve Pkwy., Houston, TX 77070.
