29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from the aerial lift. On or about August 13, 2012, employees were installing a sign at a commercial property using an aerial lift but neglected to attach a lanyard to the basket or boom. Employees were exposed to a potential fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the ground below.
