29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection. On or about August 13, 2012, employees were performing roofing work on a residential construction without utilizing a proper fall protection system. Three employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 18 feet to the ground below. BCR CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313502247, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 09, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 340 EMERALD WAY, HORIZON CITY, TX 79928. BCR CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313500498, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 28, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6420 SNOWHEIGHTS, EL PASO, TX 79912.
