29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a) At the service department - The employer did not ensure that employees wearing eye protection when grinding the automobile parts and working with the chemicals such as, but not limited to, Honda Antifreeze/Coolant Type2, 3M Glass Cleaner, Hondabond HT, and 127 MA Disc Brake Quiet 9OZ AE, exposing employees to eye injuries, eye irritation and inflammation of the eyes.
