On a daily basis employees use and work with products to repair and paint cars to include 352 216 Slow Reducer, Multiprep DX1030, R-M DH47 Slow Reducer, R-M UR 50, R-M DC 5335, 868 1K Plastic Primer, NLR 55 Bases, Paints and Thinner. These products contain hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, naphtha, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate, toluene, 2-propanol, dimetyl carbinol, nethyl amyl ketone, acetone, methyl acetate, xylene, ethylbenzene, mesitylene, n-butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether,1,2,4 trimethylbenzene, aliphatic polyisocyanate, and styrene. The employer did not perform a workplace hazard assessment, on or about 08/17/12.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19

On a daily basis, employees use and work with products to repair cars to include,  352 216 Slow Reducer, Multiprep DX1030, R-M DH47 Slow Reducer, R-M UR 50, R-M DC 5335, 868 1K Plastic Primer, NLR 55 Bases, Paints and Thinner. These products contain hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, naphtha, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate, toluene, 2-propanol, dimetyl carbinol, nethyl amyl ketone, acetone, methyl acetate, xylene, ethylbenzene, mesitylene, n-butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether,1,2,4 trimethylbenzene, aliphatic polyisocyanate, and styrene.
