29 CFR 1926.501(b) (1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation occurred on August 17, 2012, where at least two (2) employees on the northwest side of the job site were installing flashing on the second story patio windows without the use of fall protection and were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20-feet to the ground below.
