29 CFR 1926.501(b) (1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: This violation occurred on August 17, 2012, where at least one (1) employee on the northeast side of the job site was observed performing framing work from the second story without the use of fall protection and was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20-feet to the ground below.
