29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about August 15, 2012, Diamond Exteriors, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from falls whhile installing shingles on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface. Equipment was on site but not in use.
