29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about August 3, 2012, at Bison Rig #62, the directional drillers living quarters trailer provided by Mangum's Oil Field Services Inc. was not properly grounded to earth. This condition exposed the employees to potential electrical hazards.
