29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.     a. 4 Four Seasons Drive, North Caldwell, NJ - Building 8, second story balcony SW corner.     Employees engaged in framing activities on the second level balcony were not protected by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards 18 feet.     Violation observed on or about August 7, 2012     L.G. Construction Services Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was containing in OSHA Inspection Number 31626329, Citation 1, Item number 2, issued on February 22, 2012, Final Order Date March 7, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5154 Church Road, Mount Laurel, NJ.
