29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a. 4 Four Seasons Drive, North Caldwell, NJ - Building 8, Four Seasons at North Caldwell. Scaffold platform (man basket) utilized to lift employees with a Pettibone/Traverse Telehandler that was not designed specifically by the manufacturer for use with the equipment, and extended more than 10 inches beyond the wheelbase, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Violation observed or about August 6, 2012
