29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): Power operated tool(s), designed to accommodate guards, were not equipped with such guards when in use: a) Store front. The cutting blade that had been attached to an angle grinder in order to cut roofing nails was not guarded. The guard had been removed to accommodate the cutting blade exposing the employee to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold were not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) Store front. An employee, working from a ladder jack scaffold working platform ladder 12-feet 8-inches above ground level was not protected from fall hazards.
