29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about 17 August 2012 and at times prior, the power cord from the Jetstream Air compressor was frayed, failed strain relief, at the male plug end. The Jetstream air compressor was plugged in and providing air for the nail guns used at the site.
