29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) North exterior wall of building. An employee, working from an elevated aerial lift basket approximately 19-feet 3-inches above ground level, was not wearing a positioning belt, which should have been attached to the boom or the basket of the lift.
