29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: This violation most recently occurred on August 17, 2012 at a workplace located at 108 N Henderson, Kilgore, Texas; at least one employee who was performing stucco work, was working from a job-made scaffold platform, and was exposed to fall hazards while working from a platform that was being supported by the forks of a rough terrain lift truck.
