29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) 4628 Deerpath, Lot 93 of Rolling Hills: On or about August 16, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were utilizing a Milwaukee drill connected to an extension cord which had an end plug that had pulled away from the cord. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
