In the shipping and receiving area, at the workplace, on 08/17/12, the employer did not ensure that the emergency exit route lighting was adequate and appropriate. The exit route door through the driver's cage was not illuminated with a reliable light source to indicate the path of travel and allow employees to see the recessed thumb knob opening mechanism.
