(a) Facility-wide: On August 21, 2012 and at times prior to; the chemical manufacturer provided to its customers material safety data sheets that did not list Beryllium as a component for their product "Black Blast" exposing the employees of its customers to health hazards associated with Beryllium released in amounts in excess of OSHA's Permissible Exposure Level.
