29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw/cross-cut saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    (a) Cutting area- The Powermatic table saw used to cut wooden cabinet pieces had no guard on the upper portion of the blade. Employees were exposed to hazardous substances such as, but not limited to, various paints, stains, lacquers, and thinners containing acetone, toluene, and xylene and an adhesive containing methylene chloride.
