29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Where the employer was engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels employees were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about August 15, 2012, Rampart Roofing, Inc., as controlling/exposing employer, did not protect their employee and SJ Roofing a subcontractor, employees from falls in excess of 6 feet while tearing off felt and shingles on a 4-12 pitched roof.
