Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to the employees in that tripping out of the hole was permitted while a air flow was coming out of the well and up through the rig floor:    (a) Well site Cottrill 3H, Rig #3: Employees were tripping out of the hole after drilling to a depth of 480 feet.  Employees removed the air bowl rubber and continued tripping out of the hole while there was air flow from the well bore that was potentially hazardous, as determined on December 12, 2012.
