(a) Front side of KIA Dealership located at 2135 Cobb Parkway, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees were exposed to fall/ejection hazards while installing DensGlass Exterior Sheathing from a Genie Z45/35 Aerial Lift at heights of approximately 20' from the paved surface below without a fall protection system in place.
