29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Warehouse Area - Equipment such as computer database was stored in front of the 240 volts electrical panel box creating insufficient working space for authorized personnel who were required to perform service or maintenance on the equipment. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
