29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever was less, were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Time of Light, LLC at 2636 Bellaire St. in Denver, CO: The controlling employer did not equip stairways with four or more risers with a stairrail system along each unprotected edge in that the stairwell from the main level to the second level of the property did not have a stairrail system on both sides. This condition exposed subcontractors to a fall hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
