29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area: Employee painting at the job site of a church, 14895 Antioch, Shawnee Mission, KS 66221, was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from the Haulotte BIL-JAX 45xA lift bucket to the cement below. The employee was not provided with fall hazards recognition training while working on the basket of the articulating boom and the means/methods to ensure compliance. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
