29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:    (a) On or about August 23, 2012, the employer did not maintain the immediate area around the electrical panel in the back storage and delivery area free from storage.  An active cooler and carts of product were stored in front of the panel board, preventing access and the ability to open the panel.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).    Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315978684, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on 01/09/12, with respect to a workplace located at 1001 Fischer Boulevard, Toms River, NJ 08753.
