29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 15 milligrams per cubic meters (mg/m3): (a) On or about August 22, 2012 - Lathe operator/Stone Finisher, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average of 33.7 mg/m3 of Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust), 2.25 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 15 mg/m3. The sampling time was 414 minutes during one shift on August 23, 2012. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled time of 66 minutes.
