29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.     On or about August 18, 2012 and times prior to, employees were installing roofing material on  a residential home without using any type of fall protetion.  This conditon exposed employees to a fall up to 10 feet to the ground below.
