OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed tro a hazard of being thrown out of the operator's seat:    A) Facility, on or about August 22, 2012, a Doosan Daewoo forklift did not have a seatbelt, exposing, employees to a hazard of being thrown out of the operator's seat.    One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is: Install a seat belt on the forklift and require employees to wear it.
