29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: a) At Machine Number 1 South : On or about August 20, 2012 and at times prior: the employer failed to provide midrails on the stairwell leading to and from machine number one exposing his employees to fall of 7 feet to the ground below. b) At Machine Number 1 North : On or about August 20, 2012 and at times prior: the employer failed to provide midrails on the stairwell leading to and from machine number one exposing his employees to fall of 7 feet to the ground below. c) At Sprial Staircase : On or about August 20, 2012 and at times prior: the employer failed to provide midrails on the spiral stairwell leading to and from machine number one exposing his employees to fall of 7 feet to the ground below.
