29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, were not rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level; a. On or about August 21, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting carpentery operations were not protected from free falling more than six (6) feet, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with falls.
