29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) 12201 W. 160th St. Olathe, KS 66062 - Employees doing roof framing on a residential house are exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet to the ground in which fall protection was not being used. Mr. Antero Rocha was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314026204, citation number 01, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/10, with respect to a workplace located at: 9104 W. 158th St. Overland Park, KS 66085. Mr. Antero was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315090670, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/20/2012, with respect to a workplace located at: 16309 Grant St. Overland Park, KS 66085.
